Contract Registries

Contract registries are a contract brief database that houses all of a contractors’ key contract information relevant to a contractors accounting and compliance needs. Oftentimes an accounting system doesn’t maintain, or is ill-maintained, for the purposes of monitoring U.S. Government requirements (such as identification of CAS covered contracts). A contract registry includes key terms and conditions that might not otherwise be documented including, but not limited to:

  • Allowable cost and payment clause
  • Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) coverage
  • Indirect Rate Caps
  • Buy American clauses
  • Excessive Pass-through requirements

RKI can assist with the design of a meaningful contract registry that helps management understand its contract risk profile.
